International Orders
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. We are responsible for the shipping fee. Fortunately, goods will be shipped out the same day after you place the order. Please allow around 3-7 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within the same day you place the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Once the items were returned, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned NFL Jersey should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
